At CINCO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Our process is designed to be as seamless as our style, ensuring your shopping experience remains effortless.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original CINCO box or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
